Can’t wait to bake banana bread? Here’s an easy way to speed up the ripening process.
Preheat your oven to 300ºF.
Fit a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Place bananas on the parchment paper (keep the peels on y’all!)
Bake for 20-30 minutes until they are black.
Cool them on the tray before making your banana bread.
