How to Blind Bake A Pie Crust:



What you need:

  • 1 frozen pie crust
  • Aluminum foil
  • Granulated sugar
  • Cookie Sheet



  1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF
  2. Set frozen pie crust on the cookie sheet
  3. Line the frozen pie shell with aluminum foil
  4. Pour the sugar into the crust, all the way to the top
  5. Bake! 25 to 30 minutes for pies that will bake further; 45 minutes or until done for “no bake” pies.
