Homemade Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuits
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 buttermilk biscuits
- 8 slices of cooked bacon slices
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices, cheddar cheese slices
- hot sauce (optional)
Instructions

Slice the warm biscuits.

Lay down a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each biscuit.

Add the eggs on top of the cheese to help it melt.

Optional: Sprinkle a little hot sauce on the eggs.

Top the eggs with the bacon slices.

Finish by stacking the top of the biscuit on top of the bacon slices.
