A mix of spices that may or may not taste like chai.

Ingredients

2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp cardamom

¼ tsp cloves

½ tsp nutmeg

¼ tsp white pepper

 

Mix the spices together.
Store in an airtight container.
